CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS AND INTERNS:

Oakland Art Gallery is looking for summer and ongoing volunteers and interns. If you know anyone who might be interested, please forward this email along so that they may benefit from this opportunity.

Volunteers needed for:

-Exhibition openings and special events.
-Various positions at our annual auction on Thursday, October 19th.
-Gallery sitting.
-Various organizational projects.
-Special carpentry project - rebuilding the gallery sign that was vandalized.

We are looking for volunteers for the Bay Area Currents Artist and Curator Talk coming up on Thursday, June 15th from 6-8 pm.


Intern positions available:

-General gallery internships.
-Membership and fundraising drive.
-Exhibition focus.
-Summer organization projects - while we are temporarily closed to the public during the month of July.
-Special projects - design your own focus in collaboration with gallery staff.
